What is ADVA® Cast?

ADVA® Cast is a series of high-efficiency, polycarboxylate-based, high-range, water-reducing admixtures for the precast/prestressed concrete industry. In addition to providing excellent water reduction, ADVA® Cast products generate higher compressive strengths, better slump retention, improved rheology, enhanced air control, superior finishability and robustness across a wide range of materials, including both flowable and self-consolidating concrete.

 

High-Strength SCC

Solve challenging forms, improve efficiency and quality with high-strength SCC. Self-consolidating concrete is a highly flowable, non-segregating concrete that spreads into place, fills formwork, self-compacts and encapsulates even the most congested reinforcement, all without any mechanical vibration. This type of concrete flows evenly around complex or congested forms without segregation.

Self-consolidating concrete produced with ADVA® Cast products provides unique advantages over conventional flowing concrete resulting in high-quality, high performance, precast concrete elements.

ADVA® CAST 535

ADVA® Cast 535 admixture is a high efficiency, polycarboxylate-based high-range water reducer designed for the production of a wide range of concrete mixes, from conventional to Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC). It is designed to impart extreme workability without segregation to the concrete. ADVA® Cast 535 is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid that weighs approximately 1.0 kg/L (8.5 lbs/gal), and ADVA® Cast 535 does not contain intentionally added chlorides.

ADVA® CAST 555

ADVA® Cast 555 is a high efficiency polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer. ADVA® Cast 555 has been formulated to impart maximum desired workability without segregation to concrete and to achieve high early compressive strength as required by the precast industry. ADVA® Cast 555 is optimized for the production of Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) in precast/ prestressed applications. ADVA® Cast 555 is formulated to comply with ASTM C494 as a Type A and F and ASTM C1017 Type I. ADVA® Cast 555 is supplied as a ready-to-use brown liquid. One gallon weighs approximately 8.90 lbs (one liter weighs approximately 1.07 kg). ADVA® Cast 555 contains no intentionally added chlorides.

ADVA® CAST 575

ADVA® Cast 575 is a high efficiency, low addition rate polycarboxylate-based high-range water reducer designed for the production of a wide range of concrete mixes, from conventional to Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC). It is designed to impart extreme workability without segregation to the concrete. ADVA® Cast 575 is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid that weighs approximately 1.1 kg/L (8.9 lbs/gal). ADVA® Cast 575 does not contain intentionally added chlorides.

ADVA CAST® 585

ADVA® Cast 585 admixture is a high efficiency, low addition rate polycarboxylate-based high-range water reducer designed for the production of a wide range of concrete mixes, from conventional to Self Consolidating Concrete. It is designed to impart extreme workability without segregation to the concrete. The product is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid that weighs approximately 1.1 kg/L (9.0 lbs/gal). ADVA® Cast 585 high-range water reducer does not contain intentionally added chlorides.

ADVA® CAST 593

ADVA® Cast 593 is a high efficiency, low addition rate polycarboxylate-based high-range water reducer designed for the production of a wide range of concrete mixes, from conventional to Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC). It is designed to impart extreme workability without segregation to the concrete. ADVA® Cast 593 admixture is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid that weighs approximately 1.1 kg/L (9.0 lbs/gal). It does not contain intentionally added chlorides.

ADVA® Cast 600

ADVA® Cast 600 is a polycarboxylate based high-range water reducer designed for the production of conventional and Self Consolidating Concrete. ADVA® Cast 600 is formulated to provide extended slump life along with excellent workability without segregation. ADVA® Cast 600 is supplied as a ready to use liquid that weighs approximately 1.1 kg/L (8.9 lbs/gal). ADVA® Cast 600 does not contain intentionally added chlorides.
